5-Part Meditation Series

Our intention is to host a series of complimentary classes that offer resources and create a space to practice + discuss mindful awareness.  

Price: Donation of $0-$15  Proceeds will go to the AWC Foundation Gold Heart Fund. Intrested persons will not be turned away for inability to pay. If you're unable to donate, use the free sign-up form.

Once you have registered for a session, you will receive an email with the Zoom link. Participants will receive a pre-recorded video with a seated meditation, the movement meditation, and a reference PDF
